Yellowstone day 4!

Ok, really everyday has been amazing. We spent most of our day at Old Faithful with Liz and her friends. SOOO many thermal features here. Then cruised up to geyser basin to see the grand prismatic then we split up and went on Firehole Canyon Drive for some more lakes and geysers. Liz had to work :(

Emerald Spring...love that the steam is blue!
 Grand Prismatic...Board walk view.

This kid is hilarious! Nice to meet ya Malcolm. A lot of the tourist were totally staring and pointing at him...it was interesting to see.

My fav picture of Grand Prismatic
On Firehole Canyon Drive...just missed the eruption

Later that afternoon we took a little know trail to get an arial shot of the grand prismatic. It was probably my fav hike but super crazy at the same time. Got a gnarly bruise and scratches from the massive logs we scrambled over. However, the view was sooo worth it...well you can judge for yourself.

A huge storm started rolling in so we gingerly picked our way down and headed back to Old faithful for dinner and relax since there was no way we were a ble to make a fire in that down pour. Met a cute little family, saw old faithful erupt again, and shopped for a blanket (what? I was cold). It later became known as my grandma lap blanket lol.

What a great day! Hope you enjoy my pictures :)
