Vegas Day Two - June 17th

After getting situated we really enjoyed our new view! Amazing!!!
 
It was 102 and too hot to do anything but go to the pool!  The hotel had 2 pools and a private beach. We were in Heaven. 

Megan had dance classes in the morning so we lived it up for a bit before we picked her up. Oh, and I got hit on at the pool...that was a little ego boost lol. My niece and sister tease me for that one.

Once Megan was done for the day we picked her up and she went paddle boating with her dance girls. Too cute!

Floating the Provo River...

Floating the Provo river has been on my bucket list for some time and I finally got to do it with some awesome peeps!  I learned a few things...the water is really cold, my lips turn purple, I can't steer very well with my little arms and legs, and crocs were not the best choice for foot wear.  However, I had the best time ever, the boys were my hero's (saved my life a few times..ok not really but we'll let them think that) and they even saved my shoes a few times too so I think I'll keep them around. Stolen!!!!

My car got broken into this morning and my iPod was stolen. I am soooo sad. Blake gave me that iPod a long time ago and put good music on it for me. I neglected to lock my car when I got home last night and this morning most of my doors were open, the glove box open, and the middle arm rest thing was open. The one night i don't lock it!!! My beach towel of all things was taken out and thrown in my flowers in front of my apt. they must have saw the muddy doggy prints on it from when Toby and I went running in the rain and chucked it. I think it happened this morning because my battery was not dead due to the doors being open. At least the windows were not broken or more damage was done. At first it didn’t look like anything was stolen, but then I remembered I had my iPod in there from working out the other day. But I searched all my bags, purses, and apt to confirm it was really gone. I filed a police report and called my insurance company but they basically can’t do...

July 24th - Pioneer day

What do you do for Pioneer day in Utah? Get the family together of course. Met up with the Pearson's, Murphy's, Escobedo's at a sweet little park for a pic-nic and gab fest.   Pearson's   Gosh, she is too cute!  Parent watch...cousins melting in the sun   Swinging cousins  Park romance???? I thought this was hilarious  Water break!  All together awesome families! Love you guys!  Bountiful Temple at sunset.
